  • The Reel Cinema contact number is 04- 449 1988. Tickets cost Dhs50 for first class seating and Dhs 35 for children younger than 7. Online ticket reservations are available.
  • WIFI connection is available at Café Nero and at Starbucks
  • Key cutting, shoe repair and alterations are not currently available in the mall, but we are working on this so they should be coming soon.
  • Level P = Promenade Level (not Parking Level!).
  • The best parking for Waitrose is on Level B1 – which is the parking level immediately off Sheikh Zayed Road.
  • There is a Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi, which is why we always refer to the mall as Dubai Marina Mall, rather than simply Marina Mall. It’s the easiest way to avoid confusion!

  • Please dress respectfully (for example, knees & shoulders should be covered and no transparent clothing should be worn)
  • Please refrain from any public displays of affection such as kissing or holding hands
  • Smoking in the mall is not permitted
  • The consumption of alcohol is not allowed in the mall
  • Pets are not allowed in the mall
  • Dangerous activities such as sports games, rollerblading and skateboarding are not allowed in the mall
