VISITORS PARKING – SCHEDULE OF FEES
Weekdays (Monday to Friday): FREE for the first 0- 3 hours, AED 20 for every additional hour.
Weekends (Saturday to Sunday): FREE for the first 0- 4 hours, AED 20 for every additional hour.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Mall parking remains open 24 hours daily; however, leaving a vehicle overnight is prohibited.
Parking Validation:
Spend-Based Free Parking: Spend AED 250 or more at Dubai Marina Mall and provide your vehicle’s plate number along with a valid receipt at the Guest Services Desk (Ground Floor) to validate and receive free parking.
Reel Cinemas Customers: Enjoy two additional free hours of parking when you watch a movie. Redeem this offer at the Reel Cinemas counter. Any extra hours will be charged according to the applicable parking fee schedule.
HOW TO USE THE MALL’S CAR PARK
By parking your vehicle in this car park, you are accepting our terms and conditions. You can find the terms and conditions at the pay machines.
Please ensure you enter your car plate number at the pay machines or by scanning the QR code on the pay machine..
Before returning to your vehicle, please ensure to pay your parking at one of the pay machines inside the mall or by scanning the QR code on the pay machine.
Once you have paid, you will have 20 minutes to exit the car park.
To exit, enter your car plate number at the pay machine at the exit point.
If you exceed the 20-minute period, additional parking fees will apply.
Parking fees will apply if re-entered within 2 hours.
HOW TO PAY AT THE MACHINES INSIDE THE MALL
If your parking exceeds 3 hours (Weekdays) or 4 hours (Weekends), payment can be made at the payment station within the mall or by scanning the QR code on the pay machine.
For Reel Cinemas Customers Only
Parking Redemption Offer:
Eligibility: Reel Cinemas customers are entitled to an additional 2 hours of free parking.
Charges: Any parking time beyond these 2 free hours will incur charges as per the standard fee schedule.
Validation Process:To redeem the free parking hours, enter your vehicle’s plate number at the Reel Cinemas counter. The counter will verify your eligibility and, if approved, will apply the additional 2 free hours to your parking.
